Over the past couple months, I've been pursuing my Real Estate License.
This consists of coming to my Dad's office, sitting on the computer, and completing quizzes online until the automated system lets me take my next exam.
Well, all that is done. All that's left is the California State Exam.
I'm just hoping to complete that before I get shipped off overseas.
Maybe I'll have time enough to see my face on a bus, or on those little doodle pads that get dropped off at your doorstep.
I'll let you know...

The Journey is the Destination
If I've learned one thing so far, its that Life is just as much about the travel as it is about the arrival.
It's this largely untested theory of mine, and a fairly open mind that's led me to accepting an opportunity offered to me about 6 weeks ago. A family friend created an opportunity for me to fly to Taiwan and teach English at a Small Private University in the city of Taichung.
Yesterday, I found out that I will be on my way in about 2 weeks. The Countdown has started. I'm going to keep everyone up-to-date with all of my travels through this blog, so I hope you'll stay around.
I'm hoping this trip will be a time of inward reflection as much as it will be a time for outward growth.
Throughout my time overseas, I'll write and muse about both these progressions.
Sure this trip is a tad bit unorthodox, but its these steps into the dark that make life what it is.
I'll have more when I know more.
Thanks for tuning in...
-Chase.
